How it Works

STEP 1: Add Office 365 account credentials

The first step requires the credentials of Office 365 account which need to be exported to local machine.

STEP 2: Select mailbox items

This step will allow you to select desired items of mailbox that you want to move from Online Exchange to PST.

STEP 3. Browse destined path

STEP 4: Select PST or EML

Select the desired file format PST or EML in which you want to export Office 365 mailbox.
You can also apply date filter to save emails in specific range.

STEP 5: Click OK to Finish

Once the process has been completed, a below screen will appear. Click OK to finish migration process.
